Our Mission
Faith-centred, music-centred mental health and suicide prevention — so that no one has to face their struggles in silence.
Why we exist
Across the UK, people are carrying heavy burdens — anxiety, depression, financial stress, loneliness, grief, and thoughts of ending their lives. Many feel that churches don’t understand mental health, or that mental health services don’t understand faith. Some simply don’t know where to turn.
Lifted Life exists to bridge that gap. We are a Christian charity using music, broadcast and community to bring hope, companionship and practical pathways to help — all in one place.
What we do
- 24/7 uplifting radio. Gospel and inspirational music that calms, comforts and focuses the mind — available any time someone needs it.
- Live shows and prayer spaces. Places where people can be heard, prayed for and encouraged by real voices who care.
- Music-based interventions. Carefully curated playlists, shows and themes designed to support mood, hope and resilience.
- Trusted signposting. Clear routes to professional help, crisis support and local services — because sometimes people need more than a song.
- Community partnerships. Working with churches, charities and mental health organisations to join up spiritual, emotional and practical care.
Who we serve
We are a Christian charity, but our doors and our airwaves are open to people of all faiths and none. We don’t promise quick fixes. We offer companionship, hope and honest conversation for people dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, loneliness, bereavement and more.
How we measure success
Every show, every playlist, every interaction is measured against a simple question:
“Does this lift someone closer to life, hope and God’s love?”
If the answer is yes, it belongs at Lifted Life.
