Sisterhood
A Lifted Life conversation space for women: faith, friendship, identity, healing, leadership, creativity and the honest stories that help women feel seen.

What Sisterhood is
Sisterhood is the Lifted Life space for women to speak with depth, warmth and honesty. It gives room to the pressures women carry, the wisdom they share, the faith that steadies them and the community they build around one another.
Here you can listen to episodes, meet the heart of the show and follow new conversations as Sisterhood grows. The heart is warm, intelligent, practical and full of life: a place to be heard with dignity.
Conversations move through friendship, grief, motherhood, singleness, marriage, work, ministry, confidence, health, money, creativity, leadership and the realities of being a Black woman in Britain. The tone should be respectful, faith-aware and emotionally honest without pretending every issue has an easy answer.
Why it matters
Women are often the organisers, carers, listeners, prayer partners, fundraisers, professionals, aunties, mentors and quiet leaders who hold communities together. Sisterhood is a way of recognising that labour and giving it voice.
Sisterhood creates space for stories that are sometimes left out: women rebuilding after disappointment, women leading in difficult rooms, women navigating family pressure, women finding faith again, women starting businesses, women healing from loss and women learning how to rest without guilt.
Sisterhood matters because hope must be heard through women’s voices too. Those voices belong near the centre of the Lifted Life mission.
