Lifted Life is a faith-led charity and community media platform. We use radio, stories, music, events and practical support to help people feel encouraged, connected and less alone.
Who we are
We are here for people who need hope in the middle of ordinary life: families under pressure, listeners looking for encouragement, young people finding their voice and communities that need practical care as well as kind words.
Why we exist
Lifted Life exists because people need places where faith, culture, mental wellbeing and community support can meet with warmth and dignity.
We care about Black British communities, families, young people, mental health, music, faith and practical hope. We believe encouragement should be heard, help should be easier to find and people should feel valued before they reach crisis point.

Lifted Life began with a simple conviction: encouragement should not feel distant. It should be heard in music, carried in honest conversation and shown through practical care. The charity brings those strands together so people can find a voice, a song, a story or a helping hand when they need it most.
